The Paramount Theatre primarily functions as a rental theatre and performance space whereby various arts groups can perform a variety of shows throughout the season. In addition to hosting performances, the space also offers a selection of art classes, ranging from papermaking and darkroom techniques to sculpting and painting. Thursday nights are teen night.

Pioneer Place
Built in 1913, Pioneer Place originally housed an Elks Club and remnants of the club still exist. In 1999, after having been used as everything from apartments to gift shops to offices, the theater was renovated and is now home to DMR/Pinoneer Teleproductions and the Pioneer Place Theater. The theater portion of the building plays host to many theater production companies throughout the country, as well as music and dance performances.
